The Division of Commercial Licensing and Regulation is responsible for the licensing and regulation of mobile home parks in Rhode Island. The Section is also empowered to investigate and adjudicate complaints from park owners, residents and citizens to insure compliance with Rhode Island state laws and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
